We offer numerous variants of sophisticated profiles in unique dimensional variations and unlimited lengths up to 13,600 mm. All products are tested and certified according to valid EU legislation. We also work with our customers on their individual technical requirements, from development and testing through to production. \n\t\t\t\tRolled profiles\n\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

Profiles are made by rolling on roll-forming lines using our own equipment in cooperation with leading European manufacturers. Input material is high-strength steel at a minimum quality of S355MC. We offer a wide range of sophisticated profile shapes and several variations of punching, which significantly reduce manufacturing time and manufacturing costs of body subframes. We are very flexible in terms of size and length and can offer numerous individual customer solutions beyond our wide inventory.<\/p>\t\n\t

\n\t\t\t\tForged lashing rings\n\t\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t

Our lashing rings are entirely forged and subsequently heat treated. In combination with CNC machined threads, these eyes are characterized by excellent mechanical properties and 100% quality. We offer base surface treatment by cold galvanizing and advanced Geomet 321anti-corrosion treatment. <\/p>\t\n\t

In the development and optimization of all our products, we use advanced computational methods – FEM. We also work with our customers on their individual technical solutions, which we are able to implement from design and development through to production itself.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\"Foto\n\t\t
