SIDE RAVE PROFILE TYPE U

The side rave U-type profile is a profile with a groove for a recessed lashing rings in thickness 2 mm and 3 mm from steel grade S355MC. Profile heights of 110 mm in 2 mm thickness variant and 115/140/160 mm in 3 mm thickness variant are standard stock items. We are able to deliver any other height according to individual customer requirements. Set-offs for plywood floor are 15/18 mm in 2 mm thickness variant and 21/24/27 mm in 3 mm thickness variant. Stock length up to 8400 and production possible up to 13,600 mm. The profiles are supplied either with no punching, or with upper double holes for a lashing rings with a spacing of 300 mm or lateral oval holes for mounting strap hooks, each 200 mm (only in 3 mm variant). Other punching designs are possible according to individual customer requirements.
